Shipping/Returns-Exchanges

Our shipping cost is a $10.95 for standard delivery or $14.95 express post within Australia and for internationally is calculated at checkout.

Free standard postage on all Australian orders over $150

These prices include a tracking number or a signature on delivery for our domestic customers can be added at checkout. 

Upon dispatch, your tracking details will be emailed to you. Please keep these handy for checking on your order.

Your order will be dispatched within 24-48 hours of your purchase, and preorders will be sent out when the item arrives.

*please note that on occasion, this time frame may be delayed - eg; school holidays, public holidays etc.

International customers take responsibility for any customs related charges associated with their country. 

Orders are sent from Townsville North Queensland or you can choose free local pickup for all local Townsville customers. 

Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchanges or refunds if you simply change your mind. If there is a fault with your product, we will happily replace the item, including return postage. If you have ordered the wrong size, we will gladly exchange your item, with these conditions:

Postage back to us, and postage for the new product is at your own expense.

The product must be received in it’s original condition unworn, unsoiled, unwashed and with any tags attached. Your item will be inspected before an exchange is issued.

It must be returned within 14 days from when you receive the item.
